Dr. Douglas P. Dee
Director, Technology
Dr. Douglas P. Dee is director, Technology, at Air Products. As leader of the global Technology organization, he is responsible for driving innovation, development and optimization of Air Products’ suite of technology solutions to advance the company’s core business and growth in blue and green hydrogen, and support the energy transition.
Dr. Dee joined Air Products in 1995 as a participant in the company’s Ph.D. Career Development Program. He has served in various roles, including technology development, product management, and process engineering. Prior to joining the Technology organization, Dr. Dee held positions in the product line, engineering, and operations, and has worked closely with teams in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Dr. Dee holds a B.S. degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, both in chemical engineering.
