Air Products Terms and Conditions

The following terms shall apply to the purchase of goods and services from Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. or any of its controlled affiliates. The applicable Air Products “seller” of such goods and services is named on the delivered products or the accompanying transaction documentation.

Pre-Established Contract

If the purchaser and the named Air Products seller have already established a written Contract pertaining to such purchase which the named Air Products seller has duly executed, then that Contract shall govern and these General Conditions of Sale shall not apply.

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and Its Controlled Affiliates

In the absence of such pre-established written Contract, Air Products General Conditions of Sale shall apply except with respect to sales made by specific Air Products-affiliated sellers listed below.

Air Products Chemicals Europe B.V.

In the absence of such pre-established written Contract, Air Products Chemicals Europe B.V. General Conditions of Sale shall apply to sales made by Air Products Chemicals Europe B.V.
